We got 2 Work
Tessitura-Integrated • Custom Purchase Path • Content Organization
For their third Tessitura-integrated site build with L2, San Francisco Ballet (SFB) leveraged Web2’s robust ecosystem— including Integrate2 (our custom, secure, streamlined connection between WordPress and Tessitura) and Elementor— to bring sleek new designs from a partner agency to life. Drawing on our deep Tessitura expertise, L2 refined all complex transactional components to ensure seamless alignment with Tessitura best practices.
Web Design • Tessitura-Integrated • Custom Purchase Path • Content Organization
As a long-term partner since 2010, Opera Australia (OA) has launched two fully custom, Tessitura-integrated websites with L2. For their most recent project, OA set out to redesign their purchase path to simplify the buying experience and enhance usability for all patrons. Because OA operates across multiple venues in four Australian cities, streamlining the purchase process utilizing Select Your Own Seat was critical. By auditing every step from performance selection to order confirmation, OA and L2 reduced the online patron journey by two full screens.
Web Design • TNEW Integration • Content Organization
The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) orchestrates nearly 1,000 ticketed performances annually across nine venues, supporting 13 resident groups, including BalletMet and Broadway in Columbus. To help patrons easily navigate this rich offering, CAPA partnered with L2 to streamline their event listings. L2 implemented advanced filtering, allowing patrons to quickly find events by date range, genre, resident group, and accessibility features. This ensures patrons can effortlessly discover where they're going, what they'll see, and how to buy the right tickets.
Web Design • Tessitura-Integrated • Custom Purchase Path • Content Organization
L2 has proudly partnered with Chicago Shakespeare Theater (CST) since 2006, building four custom, Tessitura-integrated websites. For their most recent web iteration, CST needed a custom site with a flexible purchase path to support their unique production and subscription sales. To achieve this, L2 built on core Tessitura functionality to develop bespoke subscription acquisition and renewal paths that invite patrons to both transact and engage online.
Automation is At Our Core
With Prospect2, “Automated” doesn’t need to mean “generic” when it comes to your patron experience. Built on ActiveCampaign’s 20+ year foundation of industry-leading automation, our platform lets you easily build logic, create custom paths, and deliver tailored patron experiences across mediums. No matter your skill level, you can solve complex workflow problems and treat every patron as uniquely as they deserve.
Beyond the Email Inbox
Reach patrons outside of their inbox. Whether sending on-sale reminders, traffic updates, or emergency alerts, Prospect2 makes every text count. With built-in broadcast campaigns, automated SMS spanning 180+ countries, two-way messaging, and seamless integrations with platforms like Twilio, reaching your audience right when it matters has never been easier.
AI that turns your data into decisions and your time into strategy
Describe what you want in plain language, and our built-in AI translates that into action—building campaigns, recommending segments, and surfacing insights into list health so you can skip clunky dashboards entirely. We follow a human-in-the-loop approach: while AI handles execution and brings you smart, goal-aware recommendations, you remain in control. Instead of letting autonomous agents run wild, the AI guides direction, leaving you as the final editor to approving and refining as you go.
Built for Tessitura Powered Organizations
Our 20+ years of experience integrating with Tessitura has enabled us to create a deep integration with your entire organization (not just the marketing department!) in mind. Designed for cross-department collaboration and consortium complexities, Pro2 automates key processes to facilitate a more personalized patron experience.
Turn Engagement into Revenue with Live Leaderboards
Traditional fundraising often falls flat, forcing donors through frustrating, static checkouts. The Denver Zoo broke this mold by pairing our cart-free architecture with live gamification, turning their animal naming campaign into a high-revenue success—and proving Flex2 Competition Forms outperform standard $0-generating survey tools.
Streamline Collections with Cart-Free Payments
To eliminate manual box office work, Tennessee Performing Arts Center (TPAC) used a Tessitura-driven 2Account solution to automate subscription and group sales payments. An automated procedure identifies unpaid Tessitura orders and triggers emails with secure, cart-free Flex2 links, letting customers pay instantly from any device without logging in.
Seamless Membership Renewals and Recurring Giving
To replace clunky, outdated portals, LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art) used our architecture to overhaul their digital membership and development forms. This solution delivers a superior UX/UI with easy-to-manage recurring giving and auto-renewals. Directly integrated with Tessitura CRM, it makes joining, renewing, or upgrading a seamless experience for members.
Transform Complex Ticketing into a Sleek, Single-Page Experience
Selling multi-play theatrical seasons is notoriously complicated, with cumbersome portals for selecting dates, times, and seating causing high cart abandonment. The Guthrie Theater bypassed this friction by utilizing the Flex2 Package Form. This solution transformed a highly complex ticketing matrix into a sleek, single-page checkout experience.
We're working on getting the rest of our work ready for the site.
